P. Sasha is one of the most wonderful individuals I ever came across!
Coming to SC from NY, you really think that southern hospitality is a myth but coming across this Starbucks location and wonderful person, it embodies not only southern hospitality but a true human charm.
Drinks were always on point and desserts were nicely warmed up!

One of the tiniest Starbucks locations I've ever seen. Literally no inside seating in order to escape the heat. They do have a few tables, which badly needed cleaning, out front. Menu board has very few listed selections so unless you already know what you want, the menu board won't help much. Starbucks has soooo many drink offerings, yet their menu listed only a handful.
Not a lot of mugs/cups/bagged coffees for sale. This is like a kiosk/airport location basically and that's fine. Just wanted folks to know. No bathrooms.
Got a refill on my iced tea and the poor girl working the computer had great difficulty getting it to work...and instead of reusing my plastic cup she said they had to give me a new one? What? I thought Starbucks was all about lessening environmental impact. Guess not.
Found all employees to be friendly and hard working here and if you just want a quick Starbucks fix, this location should serve you well. -

I absolutely love the staff here. They do not look down on me for being a coffee newbie. They are extremely helpful with making my selection and making it better! AND they act fast so I get to utilize my break.

I have never seen such a disgusting staff at a Starbucks location - let alone in this level of service. I'm sorry. The cashier shouldn't ague with me about what I am ordering. I promise this isn't my first time and I know what's on the menu and the price. Don't yell at me for ordering my drink based on menu and not the Instagram phrasing. Don't argue with customers when they ask about the menu - when your menu isn't even displayed. No worries because we didn't mind asking.... Don't argue with a costumer when they say their drink wasn't supposed to be this temperature - hot vs cold - or when they say that it doesn't taste right. The level of attitude I saw from this staff was apprehensive. I witnessed the barista flank some serious attitude with a sweet mom, pregnant and pushing her kids cart. HOW DARE YOU YELL AT A PREGNANT LADY! Ill be calling corporate. This is not how you rush a store let alone act in public. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR EMOTIONAL EFFORT- Let alone your $$$. Not worth it. Drinks weren't right but I didn't have the energy left to complain after this......
